Global frameworks for local change

The Poetry Leadership Fellowship is completely independent and guided by community youth development principles. We intentionally adapt the shared vocabulary of international initiatives to prepare fellows for global civic spaces. Our curriculum gives young people the rhetorical tools to present ideas in institutional and public settings.

Elements of SDG 4 and SDG 16 help fellows connect learning, peaceful participation, and community action to locally grounded capstone projects.
